Stop Making Assumptions

We can sometimes find ourselves in situations that make us feel uncomfortable, awkward or make us want to run for the hills. To help protect us in these situations we sometimes make up assumptions to make us feel better.

This one pattern we tend to be unconscious of a lot of the time, has the ability to destroy relationships and keeps us from knowing the truth. It’s something we all do, including myself, and I want us to start being more aware of it.
