The Key to Surviving Heartbreak 2

In this weeks video I want to touch on a really uncomfortable feeling that can be difficult to overcome.

It can leave us feeling sad, angry, confused, useless and exhausted.  I know how challenging it can be to turn off those constant thoughts of that other person as you keep trying to piece together what exactly went wrong.

We can drive ourselves crazy thinking about what coulda, woulda and shoulda been. We want some type of answer regarding why the relationship didn’t last, but when there is a second person involved, we can’t expect to know all the reasons it didn’t work.

The best thing you can do is focus on you and find ways to move forward instead of being stuck in a place where you’re trying to fix something you don’t have complete control over.

In this video I share my #1 tip on how to take the first step in surviving heartbreak.  It’s a must watch if you’re going through this right now.  Also, if you know someone who might benefit from this video I encourage you to share it with them.

Stop Making Assumptions

We can sometimes find ourselves in situations that make us feel uncomfortable, awkward or make us want to run for the hills. To help protect us in these situations we sometimes make up assumptions to make us feel better.

This one pattern we tend to be unconscious of a lot of the time, has the ability to destroy relationships and keeps us from knowing the truth. It’s something we all do, including myself, and I want us to start being more aware of it.

Discover where it shows up in your life and begin to understand why you feel the need to do it.

The Secret to Staying Motivated!

I know many of you have set some goals for 2016 and I want to share a special technique that I use and also teach my clients to help keep us all motivated.

It’s easy on January 1st to come up with a list of things we want to achieve or improve on. The hard part is implementing strategies to help keep us moving in the right direction. So many people have already fallen off the wagon because they didn’t think of the steps they needed to take, to reach their goals. Just know it’s never too late to pick yourself up and hop back on!

In my video this week I’m going to give you a different simple way of looking at your goal which will help you find the success you’re looking for!

The Pain of Perfection 4

The need for perfection is a common feeling for a lot of people. It doesn’t have to be a bad thing, it just depends if it’s disrupting balance in your life. Sometimes we can lose the true meaning behind our original intention because the need for perfection rears its ugly head.  In this weeks video I share a story on how I’ve struggled with perfection and challenge you to take a look at how it could be holding you back from reaching your true potential.
