Letting go of Expectations

No ExpectationsAs I sit here on Good Friday I can’t help but think about my friends and family and how supportive they’ve all been throughout my journey to become a coach and entrepreneur.
I can be pretty hard on myself when it comes to achieving certain goals in life, and I set some pretty ridiculous expectations for myself.  As I learn to let go of those expectations I’m noticing how much more free I feel to create and be inspired.  Those expectations have always kept me in a box and it was hard to see beyond it.  I would be so focused on achieving a certain expectation, that it became difficult to see all the other wonderful things unfolding right in front of me.

It’s also really common for us to expect things from other people.  In this weeks video I’m going to share what happens when you expect things from others, why they might not be able to give it to us, and the importance of releasing it, while still staying true to yourself and what you want in life.

My #1 Strategy to Minimize Stress 1

One of the most common things I hear from my clients is that they want to minimize stress and overwhelm in their lives.  They feel they have too much on their plate and not enough time.  I totally get it! As a full-time entrepreneur, a part-time fitness instructor, and working on other job opportunities here and there, I feel like my head is spinning in a million different directions. I’ve spent hours just sitting and wondering where to begin, what to prioritize, and where I want to focus my energy.  At times I felt like my whole body was going to explode out of sheer frustration.

I knew I had to figure out a plan to get me more organized and feeling productive, so I set out on a mission to find some tangible tools to help me.

I now have a specific system in place and I can’t even begin to tell you how much more relaxed and productive I feel!  In this weeks video I really wanted to share my strategy with you in hopes it might help you feel more on top of things.  I would also love for you to share all the different ways you stay organized so we can continue to help each other grow. The Rebound Relationship

I get it…you just got out of a relationship and you’re missing that companionship.  I totally understand that it can feel lonely and you’re looking for something…or someone to fill that void.

You might think it’s best to jump right back into the dating scene because it makes sense to move on and date other people right away – what’s the point of waiting, right? Well the problem is you could find yourself in some really toxic or even more heartbreaking situations if this person ends up being a rebound.  This usually ends up being the case when you’re not ready to fully move on.

There are so many things to consider and reflect on after getting out of a relationship. In this weeks video I want to help you see and understand the steps you need to take before leaping into what may seem like the next best thing.

Why I Have Such High Energy

Over the past couple years I’ve had this really weird thing happen to me.  I feel like I kinda gained a superpower!  I know, I probably sound crazy but I just feel completely different!

I got struck with some type of insane energy a few years ago and started finding myself going for midnight runs, multitasking 50 things at once, becoming more social and not feeling tired by doing any of it! Instead everything I was doing was feeding my energy even more!

I’ve had countless people ask me where I get my energy from and for a long time I said I don’t know, probably from my mother.  The only thing was I didn’t always feel this way. For many, many years I felt extremely tired. I just didn’t realize it because it felt normal.

In this weeks video I can’t wait to share where exactly this energy boost came from, how I’ve been able to maintain it and how you can also discover it for yourself!
